Part Separation/Lighting
Our unique method for part separation guarantees individual presentation of closures to the camera at speeds up to 1200 ppm. This, used in combination with an innovative style of lighting insures correct evaluation of each closure regardless of color or liner material. The lighting used with the inspection system allows inspection of a wide spectrum of closure colors.This method has been proven to be reliable at high speeds and requires minimal maintenance.
